The first building of The Pad Co-Living, developed by Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), opened its doors on May 8 to both short and long-term residents.
This new co-living space, located in the prime Banilad area, is designed to cater to working professionals, students, and travelers seeking an affordable living option.
Building A, the first phase of this two-building development, features 156 rooms divided into five categories: Solo, Twin, Trio, Quadruple, and Family Occupancy.
Each room comes equipped with its own toilet, and family rooms also offer a dining and living area to accommodate up to four people.
The facility is designed to promote networking among its residents, featuring a roof deck with a social kitchen, lounge areas, and a laundromat.
Rental rates at The Pad are competitive, with monthly prices starting at PHP 5,800 and daily rates from PHP 999.
CLI plans to expand The Pad Co-Living with the opening of Building B in June. This building will focus on short stays, targeting business travelers, backpackers, and other transient guests, and will also include two new dining venues: Sunrisers Brunch + Bistro and Sunset Soirees Rooftop Restaurant.
The development’s location on Banilad High Street is complemented by a variety of retail options, including Aloha Mana Spa & Cafe, 7-Eleven, Your Daily Go Cafe, and a Three Two Brew Pop Up.
More tenants, such as Aura Beauty Studio, SB KMart, Wu-Yang Cantonese Restaurant, Fraction Fitness, and a Landbank branch, are expected to open soon.
The Pad Co-Living is a project of Sugbo Prime Estate Inc., a joint venture between Cebu Landmasters and the Farrarons Family of Sugbo Prime, managed by CLI’s hotel arm, CLI Hotels and Resorts Group.
