Cebu-based tech startup Prezenter has launched a new smart TV application designed to transform the presentation landscape.
The event, dubbed Prezenter Deliver 2024 and held at the enspace Cebu Garden & Sky Lounge, introduced the app’s innovative features, targeting educators, business professionals, and event organizers seeking to streamline content delivery.
Prezenter eliminates the need for traditional presentation tools such as laptops, cables, and adapters, allowing users to wirelessly stream presentations directly to smart TVs, projectors, and LED walls.
The application supports a wide range of formats, including Google Slides, PowerPoint, PDFs, images, and videos, making it versatile for various presentation needs. It is now available on Android, Google TV, and Samsung Smart TV platforms.
In addition to its core presentation capabilities, Prezenter offers advanced digital signage and smart hospitality solutions, enabling remote content management across multiple displays.
These features are designed to enhance guest experiences in venues like hotels and conference centers and simplify event management.
Kennette Canales, the former computer science professor who founded Prezenter, drew inspiration from his own frustrations with outdated presentation setups in the classroom.
Canales, along with his team—software engineer Ian, tech community enabler Anj, and UI/UX designer Patrick—developed Prezenter to provide a more efficient, user-friendly alternative.
“We wanted to create a tool that not only makes presentations easier but also empowers users across different industries to engage their audiences more effectively,” said Canales.
The launch event featured live demonstrations of Prezenter’s capabilities, showcasing its AI-driven automation tools and smart hospitality features. Attendees also received an exclusive preview of upcoming product features.
As part of its launch, Prezenter is offering 5 GB of free storage, making it accessible to a broad audience looking for an efficient and cost-effective presentation solution.
