Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu has been awarded the Operational Excellence Award for the second consecutive year, celebrating its consistent performance in Guest Satisfaction and Brand Standards compliance.
Marko Janssen, General Manager, received the award alongside Andre De Jong, Area Senior VP for Southeast Asia and the Pacific, during the award ceremony.
The hotel’s commitment to excellence was highlighted by the successful meeting of key performance indicators, attributed to the teamwork and dedication of its staff.
“This achievement speaks volumes about our unwavering commitment to operational excellence,” Janssen remarked at the event, flanked by Awards Night hosts Edina Szabo and Harpreet Singh Chhatwal.
