Cebu-based real estate powerhouse, Filipino Homes, has announced the expansion of its Global Partners facility into seven countries, following a successful launch in Dubai.
According to founder and CEO Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio, the expansion includes Bangkok, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, and Europe.
Global Partners is a pioneering initiative designed to provide Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) with reliable information and assistance related to property investments in the Philippines.
This strategic move aims to protect OFWs from scams prevalent in the real estate sector, ensuring they have a trusted source of support when investing back home.
Leuterio emphasized that Global Partners will serve as the “eyes and ears” to spot illegal real estate dealings and provide a community to deter scammers.
The facility will also help developers reach the international market, offer OFWs access to the latest real estate news and projects, and facilitate smoother transactions with legitimate banks offering credit access.
With nearly a hundred offices across the Philippines, Filipino Homes uses its extensive network to assist OFWs in reselling and renting their properties through the Filipino Homes and Rent.ph platforms.
This network is not just about transactions but also includes providing free consultations, launching regular talk shows to address real estate concerns, and ensuring that OFWs connect with reputable developers.
Leuterio stressed the importance of the Global Partners initiative in safeguarding Filipinos abroad from fraudulent schemes, highlighting the company’s commitment to extending their reach to countries with significant Filipino populations.
This expansion underscores Filipino Homes’ dedication to empowering OFWs with safe and informed property investment choices, reinforcing its position as a leader in the Philippine real estate industry.
